By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Prices
   All prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. If an item is incorrectly priced due to an error, we will notify you before dispatch and are not obligated to fulfill the order at the incorrect price.
2. Minimum Order
   No minimum order is required.
3. Availability
   If a product cannot be supplied due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Delivery
   We deliver to addresses within Lancashire, UK (England, Wales, Scotland, excluding Northern Ireland). Orders to Scottish Isles and Isle of Man will incur an additional surcharge, automatically calculated at checkout. We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland or Channel Islands. While we aim to deliver orders on the specified date, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. For Saturday delivery, select the “Saturday Delivery” option during checkout. Additional charges may apply.
5. Age Restriction
   By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The recipient must also be over 18 years old. Our couriers may request ID upon delivery if the recipient’s age is in question.
6. Order Cancellation
   You may cancel your order within seven days of receiving your goods. Return shipping will be at your expense, and the goods must be unopened and undamaged. Special Orders may incur a 25% restocking fee if canceled after the products are ordered. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
7. Returns
   We offer full refunds or replacements for faulty products. Notify us within 5-10 working days of receipt of faulty items, or within 3 working days for incorrect items. We will arrange the collection of faulty or incorrect items.
8. Claims for Breakages
   Please inspect your order upon receipt. Report any breakages or shortages to the courier and to us within 3 working days. Claims made without documentation from the courier will not be accepted.
9. Payment
   We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, and bank transfer. Orders will be processed only after payment has been validated. We do not ship until payments have been authorized. Payments by cheque will be processed after clearance.
10. Product Information
    While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free. The vintage years for wines and spirits may vary depending on availability.
11. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. Any disputes will be resolved in the UK.
12. Customer Services
    For order-related queries, email us at support@sirejstore.com. For general inquiries, contact support@sirejstore.com. We aim to respond within one business hour for urgent matters and within 24 hours for general inquiries.
13. Statutory Rights
    These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Data Protection
    We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the order process will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
