Glenfiddich was first produced in 1887 and is still family owned today by award-winning distiller William Grant & Sons.
The distinctive flavour of Glenfiddich whisky is championed by a traditional fermentation process. As with the original Glenfiddich malt, this whisky is the perfect example of the sweet, fruity style that William Grant established over 100 years ago.
Using crystal-clear Highland spring water and matured in the finest Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks for at least 12 years and married in oak tuns for up to 9 months for a subtle oaky flavour and smooth finish. This dedication to quality is what makes Glenfiddich the best selling single malt in the world.
